We were recently asked to design a chair for a new restaurant and after a few different prototypes (we were going for a schoolchair-meets-vintage-shopchair-thing), we've got one that's definitely a keeper.
The frame is welded tube steel and the seat/back is salvaged fir; the finished product is equal parts sturdy and comfy. The pictured chair measures 18" from the floor to the top of the seat, but we offer these in the format of counter-height, and bar-height, stools.
The pictured stain is dark walnut, but chairs can be finished in a number of stains including our standards.
